Custom Camper Entry Step Fabrication

For this project, we designed and fabricated a custom steel entry step to help the client safely access their camper. The original factory steps sat higher than comfortable, making it difficult to reach the first step—especially when loading gear or entering the camper at uneven campsites.

We built a sturdy, low-profile add-on step tailored to the camper’s height and mounting points. The new step features a slip-resistant tread surface, reinforced bracing for stability, and a durable welded steel frame designed to handle outdoor use. It was custom-fit to integrate seamlessly with the existing step assembly and finished with weather-resistant coating for long-lasting performance.

The final result provides the client with a safer, easier entry into their camper while maintaining a clean, factory-quality appearance. This project highlights our ability to create practical, individualized solutions that improve comfort and usability for outdoor and recreational equipment.
