Custom Fence-Mounted Pipe Rack Fabrication

For this project, we designed and built a custom steel pipe rack that mounts directly onto the client’s existing fence to provide organized, elevated storage for long materials. The client needed a solution that would keep pipe, conduit, and tubing off the ground while freeing up shop and yard space.

We fabricated the rack using heavy-wall steel tubing and angle iron, engineered to support significant weight over an extended span. The rack features multiple horizontal arms with reinforced gussets, allowing it to hold various pipe lengths without sagging. Custom-fit mounting brackets were welded to the frame, allowing the unit to bolt securely to the fence posts without compromising the fence’s integrity.

The entire assembly was welded, cleaned, and finished with a rust-resistant coating to ensure durability in outdoor conditions. Once installed, the rack provides the client with a stable, space-saving storage solution that keeps materials organized, protected, and easy to access.
