Fork Attachment for a Front-End Loader

For this project, we fabricated a custom fork attachment to expand the versatility of the client’s front-end loader. The client needed a durable, easy-to-mount solution for moving pallets, lumber, and other bulky materials—tasks that aren’t practical with a standard loader bucket.

We designed the attachment to match the loader’s existing quick-connect system, ensuring a secure fit and smooth changeover between implements. The frame was built from heavy structural steel, with reinforced fork supports engineered to handle substantial working loads. The forks themselves were positioned and aligned to provide reliable lifting performance while maintaining proper visibility for the operator.

All components were precision-cut and fully welded, then cleaned and coated with a protective finish to withstand outdoor use, moisture, and frequent handling. Once installed, the attachment gave the loader powerful new material-handling capabilities, improving efficiency on the client’s property and worksite.

This project highlights our ability to design and fabricate rugged, purpose-built equipment attachments that enhance productivity and stand up to demanding daily use.
