Trailer Hitch Replacement

For this project, we replaced a worn and damaged trailer hitch to restore the client’s towing safety and reliability. The original hitch showed signs of fatigue and corrosion, making it unsafe for continued use. The client needed a dependable, properly rated replacement that matched the trailer’s specifications and towing capacity.

We began by removing the old hitch and inspecting the trailer frame to ensure it was free from cracks or structural issues. A new, heavy-duty hitch assembly was then fit to the frame, aligned carefully for correct towing geometry. Mounting plates and support brackets were welded and reinforced as needed to provide a secure, long-lasting connection.

After installation, all welds were cleaned and coated with a protective finish to guard against rust and road wear. The new hitch provides the client with a safe, strong, and professionally installed towing point that meets proper load requirements.
