Stainless Steel Flange Welding

This project involved precision welding of stainless steel flanges for a corrosion-resistant piping system. The client required clean, strong, and sanitary welds that would maintain the integrity of the stainless material while ensuring a leak-free seal once installed.

We began by preparing the flange and pipe surfaces through thorough cleaning and proper fit-up to achieve exact alignment. Using TIG welding—ideal for stainless applications—we produced controlled, consistent welds with excellent penetration and minimal heat distortion. The welds were completed with careful heat management to prevent warping, sugaring, or discoloration, ensuring both structural performance and a clean, professional appearance.

After welding, the joints were inspected and cleaned to meet the client’s quality and durability requirements. The finished flanges provide a reliable, corrosion-resistant connection suitable for high-performance applications such as food processing, chemical handling, and industrial fluid systems.
