Gravity-Fed Fuel Tank Fabrication

For this project, we built a custom steel stand designed to support a gravity-fed fuel tank in an off-grid location where electrical power isn’t available for a fuel pump. The client needed a reliable, durable way to elevate their fuel supply high enough to allow consistent gravity flow to equipment, while also ensuring long-term structural safety.

We fabricated the stand using high-strength steel tubing and angle iron, engineered to support the full weight of the tank when filled. The frame features reinforced cross-bracing for stability, a wide footprint for secure placement, and a custom-shaped top cradle to hold the tank safely in position. All joints were fully welded for maximum strength, then cleaned and coated with corrosion-resistant paint to withstand outdoor conditions.

The completed stand provides the client with a simple, dependable fueling solution without the need for electricity—ideal for remote sites, farms, and equipment yards. This project highlights our ability to design and fabricate practical, purpose-built structures that meet specific operational needs.
