Custom Awning Modification

For this project, we customized a 25-foot by 25-foot by 7-foot awning as part of a remodel for a re-market gas station. The existing structure required significant modification to match the updated branding and improve weather protection for customers while maintaining compliance with site layout and clearance requirements.

We began by evaluating the existing awning frame and identifying areas that needed reinforcement, resizing, or reconfiguration. Using structural steel tubing and aluminum components, we fabricated new support members, bracing, and mounting points to integrate seamlessly with the original framework. Custom trim panels and fascia elements were added to achieve the updated design profile and create a clean, modern appearance.

All welds were completed with attention to strength and finish quality, then the structure was cleaned and coated with a durable, weather-resistant finish suitable for long-term outdoor exposure. After installation, the awning provided improved coverage, enhanced visibility, and a refreshed look that fit the gas station’s remodeled design.

This project demonstrates our ability to handle large-scale custom fabrication, blending structural reliability with aesthetic upgrades for commercial locations.
